How billing works
When you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta bills your business for its messages and Toutye charges a separate platform fee. With Toutye-managed setup, the account belongs to our portfolio and provider costs plus platform fees are charged through your Toutye wallet. Your console shows the applicable price before you send.

When you connect your own account
Meta charges provider usage to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Toutye charges its platform fee separately. This applies to self-service onboarding and assisted setup on your own account.

Provider costs and platform fees are settled through your Toutye wallet. You do not add a personal payment method to our WhatsApp account. The console shows your billing model, the estimated total and the reservation before a send is confirmed.

The current number fee is unavailable. Your exact number and fee must be offered and accepted before activation.
More details
The current number fee follows the published schedule. Number availability, service eligibility and required approvals are confirmed before activation. Applying does not authorize a charge; accept the exact number and terms in your workspace first.
Setup and application are free. Your supplied number has a fixed premium one-time fee from the published schedule, disclosed for the exact number before you accept activation. There is no recurring number rental. Usage is the equivalent Twilio WhatsApp usage total multiplied by 1.02, including applicable provider charges under your accepted rate card.
Request your business display name in Toutye. Our team reviews it before submission to Meta; Meta makes the final approval decision. Your current approved name remains in use while the request is pending.
Estimate my month
The estimate appears here as soon as a public rate card is published. Your workspace shows the exact price before every send.
The rate card
No public rate is published yet, so we do not show a number here. This is how your Toutye platform fee is set per message type and destination. If you own the WhatsApp account, Meta bills provider usage separately. For managed setup, provider costs are also settled through your wallet. Your account rate card and pre-send summary show the applicable charges before you send anything.

Getting set up
More details
Connecting a number, getting verified, getting a display name approved and getting a first template through review is a few days of work spread across Meta’s tools and ours. You can do all of it yourself — the console walks each step and says who can do what — and most people do.
For assisted setup on your own WhatsApp account, we work with you for a one-time fee: we prepare what Meta asks for, submit what a Tech Provider is allowed to submit, and track the rest until your first message lands. Two things stay yours whatever you pay, because Meta does not let us do them: verifying the business, and putting a payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account.
The onboarding fee is one-time and separate from the platform fee above. You ask for it from the console, and the fee as it stands that day is recorded on your case.

More details
Meta’s rates change, and they are Meta’s to change. Your Toutye rate is on the rate card in the console before you send, and a campaign shows an estimate of Meta’s charge, from Meta’s published rates, before it launches. Meta’s actual provider charge is on Meta’s invoice when you own the account; managed usage is recorded in your Toutye wallet and billing records.
Read Meta’s own published rates for the current position. We do not restate them here, because a page that quotes someone else’s prices is out of date the moment they move and we would rather not be the reason you planned around a stale number.
Questions people actually ask
Can I pay you for the Meta messages instead?
Yes, with Toutye-managed setup: the WhatsApp account belongs to our portfolio, and your wallet covers provider costs and platform fees. When you connect your own WhatsApp account, Meta bills your business directly and Toutye charges its platform fee separately. Applying for managed setup does not activate an account or authorize a charge; the approved setup and rate card determine your billing.
Do I need a Meta account to try it?
No Meta account or card is needed. WhatsApp Sandbox sends real messages through an admitted Toutye number to verified recipients within configured sponsored limits.
What happens if I stop paying?
If you connected your own WhatsApp Business Account, it and your number and templates remain registered to your business with Meta. You can export your message history. Supplied Managed numbers remain Toutye-owned. Review the applicable exit and number-transfer terms with Toutye before relying on a transfer.
Is there a minimum, or a contract?
WhatsApp Sandbox uses its configured sponsored message and spending limits. Live message charges and any one-time onboarding fee are shown before you authorize them. The Terms of Service apply to every account.
